We’re in the thick of PSL (aka Pumpkin Spice Latte) season and, while we love a good, hot drink, we love our easy homemade pumpkin pie even more.
Start with our classic pie crust. If you’ve never made a pie crust before, there’s no better time than right now to give it a try. It’s so much easier than you think and is incomparable to what is available at the grocery store.

This pie crust can be used for all kinds of pies — cherry, apple, pecan…but, the holiday’s wouldn’t feel complete without a classic pumpkin pie. Our family recipe is one we’ve been baking for years and is delicious every time.
