Abundant love and contagious joy. There is no other way to describe Lisa an Elie, who they are and the energy that surrounded their wedding day.
Lisa and Elie were strangers to us when we started planning their wedding, but very quickly in the process they became dear friends to Jamie and I. They are the kind of people that walk into a dark room and light it up with their laughter, encouragement and positive outlook on life. Their adventurous spirits, love for life, and their heart for people are infectious. I want to be more like them.
Since their wedding the four of us have ridden bikes in Sonoma, tasted pastries in San Francisco, celebrated Thanksgiving and rung in the New Year together. Their wedding was the start of a beautiful friendship that I know will last a lifetime.
Chandeliers hanging from trees… a cocktail hour set up to look like a farmers’ market… long wood tables filled with an abundance of flowers…. hand-tied baguettes for each guest… mismatched vintage silverware… a duet sung by the bride and groom… abundant love and contagious joy. This truly was one of the most beautiful and pure celebrations of love that I have ever witnessed.
