If you have not received your flowers by June 11th, please contact us directly at [email protected]
When will I receive my information packet and video tutorial?
Your information packet and video tutorial will be delivered on Monday, June 7th to the email inbox that you provided upon purchasing your order.
Can you ship outside of the United States?
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship flowers outside of US. You can, however, purchase the video tutorial and gather your own blooms and then create alongside us!
Can I purchase just the instructional video and gather all of my own peonies?
Yes! Our shop gives you the option to purchase just the instructional video, allowing you to gather your own peonies! This is a great option for people living outside of the United States but are still interested in learning how to create different kinds of arrangements with peonies! Your video will be delivered on Monday, June 7th to the email inbox that you provided upon purchasing your order.
What should I do once my flowers arrive?
Most importantly, remove your flowers from the box, hydrate them and keep them in a cool place, out of direct sunlight. We’ve outlined a step-by-step guide to processing your flowers in the informational packet that will be sent to your email address.
What do I do if my flowers look dead when they arrive?
Your flowers may look limp and thirsty when they first arrive – that’s normal. The quicker you can give your stems a fresh cut and get them into clean water, the better. Please refer to the processing guide and video tutorial for more information on how your blooms will rehydrate and open up after you’ve unpackaged them.
After hydrating your flowers for 12 hours or more, if you are still concerned please send us an email, along with a photo of your product to [email protected].
Will my flowers arrive big and blown open like the photos on the website?
No. Your flowers will be shipped prior to opening when they are tight. Flowers cannot be shipped when they are already in bloom because the petals would bruise and shatter. Enjoy the process of watching your flowers bloom!
What do I need to do to prepare for my flower delivery?
We recommend gathering a few supplies prior to your flower delivery. A list of recommended supplies, and links to where you can purchase them, can be found on our website at www.sinclairandmoore.com/at-home/
I can’t assemble my arrangement right away, what do I do?
Most importantly, we advise unpacking your flowers, giving their stems a fresh cut and getting them into clean water as soon as you can. After processing your flowers, consider quickly arranging them in a glass vase or jar so you can enjoy them for as long as possible.
How long will my flowers last?
Fresh flowers are both beautiful and perishable. The longevity of your arrangement will differ depending on flower variety and quality of care. It’s always best to keep your flowers in a cool part of your home, away from direct sunlight and exposure to heat. This is part of the beauty of working with cut flowers! We cannot guarantee the lifespan of any perishable items.
