What do I do if my flowers look dead when they arrive?

Your flowers may look limp and thirsty when they first arrive – that’s normal. The quicker you can give your stems a fresh cut and get them into clean water, the better. Please refer to the processing guide and video tutorial for more information on how your blooms will rehydrate and open up after you’ve unpackaged them.

After hydrating your flowers for 12 hours or more, if you are still concerned please send us an email, along with a photo of your product to hello@sinclairandmoore.com.
